The top end model of zxi and zdi come with keyless entry. To unlock the car just press the button on the remote key. The second way is, insert the key in the slot and turn it right. Start the car: To turn on the Celerio, you just need to insert the key in the ignition keyhole and twist it all the way forward to start the car. Celerio comes with a normal start function. There is no start stop button. Wipers controls: The Celerio comes with three speed settings for the wipers. You can choose intermediate, slow and fast depending on the intensity of the rain. To operate the rear wiper turn the tip of the same lever towards left. Open the Bonnet: To open the bonnet, you need to pull the lever that is placed on the lower side of the dashboard and on the right side of the accelerator pedal. You will also notice “open bonnet” sign marked on it, pull the lever to open the bonnet. Then step out the car, there will be a button under the front middle of the bonnet, place your finger in the gap and gentle push up the lever to unhinge the lock. Now lift the hood and place the securing stick at its position so that the lid don’t fall. Side View Mirrors: A knob is given near the driver side door handles for adjusting the outside mirrors. Slide the knob to right and press the other direction-button for right, left, up, down to adjust the right mirror and slide the knob to left for adjusting the left mirror. Connect to Bluetooth: The top variants of the Celerio come with Bluetooth connectivity. Press the Bluetooth button on the lower side of the steering wheel. Once the Bluetooth function is enabled, you can then press the knob(roller) on the left-hand side of the infotainment system, turn the knob(roller) to choose the Bluetooth options. Now choose the Bluetooth setup options by pressing the knob( roller) and choose to pair a device. The system will start searching for devices. Now, you can switch ON the Bluetooth of your phone, once the car detects the Bluetooth enter the passkey, which is displayed on your infotainment system and pair the device. Driver Information Display: The driver info display of Maruti Celerio displays average fuel economy, time, distance travel and distance to empty. Headlamps and Foglamps: The lever to operate headlamps and foglamps are mounted behind the steering. Turn rolling knob once to switching on the parking lights and twice to switch on the headlamps and next to it there is another knob for foglamps. Indicator: The lever for the indicator in the Maruti Celerio is placed on the right-hand side behind the steering. Push the lever up for the left indicator and push it down for the right indicator. Open fuel lid: To open the fuel lid one needs to pull the remote opener lever present near the driver’s right foot, on the floor, and fuel lid pops up. Tyre Pressure Information: The Tyre Pressure Sticker is placed on the door gap. It is necessary to read the sticker to inflate the tyres. Access the boot: The boot of the Maruti Celerio can be opened in two ways. Once you unlock the car using remote, the boot automatically unlock. You can open it by pulling the handle of boot door. The second way to unlock the boot, press the button on the driver door armrest. Access spare tyre: The spare tyre of the Celerio can be accessed from the boot. All you need to lift the carpet out and take the tool kit out. There is a nut in the centre, which holes the tyre which you have to lose it. Once you have screwed the nut, lift the tyre out. Fill Wiper Fluid: First open the bonnet and then pull the blue cap given on the left side of the engine. After this, one can simply pour in clean filtered water and placed the cap back properly. You make sure to use recommended shampoo in the wiper fluid.
