Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit first impression run today through the streets of Denver. The Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit was a smooth ride today, and stable too. I noticed immediately that the outsole on the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit was a little wider to last year's iteration, the Nike Epic React running shoe. Through the gait cycle, I felt in control of my foot strike and no need to overthink my stride. My one major concern after my first impression run in the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit is the collar of the shoe. That's the part of the upper that wraps around your ankle to help secure your foot in the shoe. Unfortunately because of the booty style collar on the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit, I did feel like my heel was going to slip out of the shoe. Further testing will decided whether or not this is a major red flag for the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit.
