What was supposed to be a budget backpacking stay turned into a luxury experience overnight. Soon after I checked in, heavy rain started pouring across the city, completely changing the vibe of the day. 🔴Thinking the weather was manageable, I removed my winter liners immediately after arriving — big mistake! The sudden temperature drop gave me a fever, and I had to rest in the hotel room. 🤒 A reminder that mountain and Uttarakhand weather can change anytime, especially during monsoon and winter seasons. 🍔For dinner, I ordered a meal from KFC 🍟 via Zomato and called it an early night to recover. The next day, the plan is to shift from this 5-star hotel to a Hostel and finally start exploring DEHRADUN — local markets, scenic spots, cafes, and nearby attractions.
