The main benefit of an electronic lock is pin code entry so that you and/or your family members never get locked out again. More recently, fingerprint door locks have become highly desired because there's no need to memorize pin codes. You can get that for a whole lot less than the price of a full blown smart lock. If you want basic pin code, or fingerprint access, for under 20 users the TeeHo electronic lock may be the lock for you. Additionally, you get the ability to store a 1-time-use code, that can be provided in a pinch to let someone into the home....only once. The Teeho TE002 fingerprint door lock is hard to beat for his price. The Teeho is a grade 3 electronic deadbolt, which is the lowest of the ANSI lock grades, but I'm impressed that it even has a lock grade at this price point. Most of the inexpensive lock options don't even bother paying to get a certification, and Teeho did. Even at grade 3, if felt like a well built lock and grade 3 locks are the norm for home installations. The Teeho installed with absolutely no issues.
