The 42 series has been improved with a smart design to increase safety and insight. Notably, the HMI has been upgraded with a 3D interface and the possibility to store up to 500 deburring programmes. This reduces operator errors. The auto setup option for the grinding belt and top brushes ensures an optimal deburring process and consistent results. This automatically sets the top brush or grinding belt to the 0 line via the HMI. This compensates for wear and adjusts the pressure on the parts to be processed. Additionally, the machine now features connectivity options, including two USB ports for integrating thickness meters or barcode scanners, and the possibility to connect to IXON in order to service the machine remotely, among other things.
