In the past tiny homes have struggled to find a place to set down their foundations. Either someone had to allow a home on their property or owners had to buy property that allowed tiny homes. Classic Homes build in Colorado Springs, and they are breaking ground by offering over 70 "Tiny Homes" as part of the development that range from 456 square feet to 792 square feet.
