Thank you! 💖MY VLOG CHANNEL / justangelicaj 📸FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM 👉🏼http://bit.ly/2yCfjqe AND HASH TAG Simply Mama INGREDIENTS 4 cups (946 mL) low sodium chicken broth 2 Tbsp (15 g) cornstarch 2 Tbsp (30 mL) cold water salt to taste white pepper to taste 1 Tbsp chopped whites of scallion 3 large eggs Bring low sodium chicken broth to a simmer Add chopped scallion whites, salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl combine cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry Add cornstarch slurry to simmering broth and stir until thickened In a bowl mix 3 large eggs While stirring, slowly pour in eggs into simmering thickened broth Stir until eggs are cooked and soup is simmering This recipe serves 2 to 3 servings Garnish with fresh scallion greens and enjoy!
