My Anorexia RELAPSE In College \\ Why I Relapsed

My relapse back into anorexia didn't just happen overnight, and there wasn't just ONE main thing that caused it to happen.. it was the result of a LOT of small things over an extended period of time that brought my battle with anorexia back to the surface of my life. My hope with this video is to give you some insight into WHY I backtracked (And to hopefully encourage you that a relapse DOESNT HAVE TO HAPPEN). I truly want you to be able to learn from my mistakes - learn from what I missed. If I would have been intentional, if I would have caught just a couple things early, I wouldn't have had to push through recovery AGAIN. Anorexia and eating disorders are tricky. It's almost like they'll sneak up on you when you least expect it.. unless you can keep a good eye on everything ;) I have no doubt in my mind that everyone watching this WILL RECOVER. Not because of this video, or anything that I say, but because you're strong enough to beat this thing. You're strong enough to beat your eating disorder, you're strong enough to beat your anorexia, your first relapse, your second relapse... No matter where you're at or where life is right now, you have the power to take control.
