The Gorbel Destuff-It Restuff-It Conveyor System is designed to help workers ergonomically load and unload floor to overhead stacked products such as boxes, totes, or bags from shipping containers, trucks, and tractor trailers. It utilizes a combination of adjustable length conveyor belts, powered two-person ergonomic height adjustable operator lift platform with a pressure sensitive ergonomic mat, powered height adjustable operator conveyor belt with manual pivoting, laser sensor collision avoidance system, operator control panel with E-stop, and touch sensitive operator platform safety bumper. This system increases productivity, optimizes space utilization, and enhances worker safety by automating and simplifying the process of destuffing (unloading) and restuffing (loading) palletized goods.
