But the evil minors of the Minor Land plan to collect the scattered notes to create a new song known as the "Melody of Sorrow" which will disrupt peace on Earth! With their new found friends Ellen and Alley, the four of them use the Harmony Power in their hearts and their Fairy Tone friends to transform into "Cure Melody, Cure Rhythm, Cure Beat, and Cure Muse". They are known as "Suite Pretty Cure!".Can the girls stop the "Melody of Sorrow" from being created, and can they collect all the scattered notes and recreate the "Melody of Happiness" for all to enjoy?!?
