Onwards we go from Ameland to Texel. Both airports I enjoy visiting very much, the greenest of green field in The Netherlands IMHO. As per the video we headed towards the west after our departure. The military EHR4 was closed so no objection from Dutch Mill to fly direct overhead Terschelling and Vlieland to Texel for a straight in to runway 21 via reporting point Echo. Always a pleasure to spend time at Texel, as usual it’s a highly recommended destination because of the friendly reception, the beautiful scenery, many opportunities for spending time on the island and the local restaurant.
