We make a Keto Pizza, making a 4 ingredient fathead dough and using Rao's Homemade low carb pizza sauce. Here's the almond flour we started using, because it's cheap and is lower in carbs than what we used to use. https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Diamond-A... Ingredients for the dough: Almond flour - 5 oz. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon Shredded mozzarella - 10 oz. 1 Egg Used about 1/4-1/2 cup of Rao's homemade pizza sauce Top with mozzarella (as much as you desire), and mix with some cheddar. Top with pepperoni. For the crust: Melt mozzarella cheese for 30 seconds in microwave, mix, and heat again for 30 seconds and mix. Break egg into the bowl of cheese and mix well with hand mixer. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour and baking power and mix with a spoon or whatever works. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix with the mixer. Once all ingredients have been combined, knead the dough over parchment paper with a small layer of almond flour (tiny amount-keeping carbs low) on parchment paper. Don't overknead, as it will get oily. You can roll the dough with a roller, or use your hands with some water to give some moisture to the dough, patting it down and shaping it. Then place the dough on parchment paper on a cookie sheet or pizza stone, and poke holes spread around the dough with about 6-8 fork pokes. Sprinkle garlic powder to your desire. Then bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes. Keep your eye on it. It'll brown, but you obviously don't want to burn it. Then remove, let it cool for a couple minutes, then spread the pizza sauce (we kept it low to keep carbs low), but maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of sauce. Add mozzarella (we mix it some cheddar, because we love it). Top the pizza to your desire (we like medium amount, some people like heavier). Add pepperoni or other desired toppings to your liking. Pop in oven at 350 degrees F for 9 minutes, and keep an eye on it. Good luck!
