This building set contains 3266 bricks which includes eight minifigures. A fully detailed playable modular build with the Old Guarded Inn restaurant with bar and customer seating, Haberdashery shop with accessories, tricycle with cart, clockmaker's workshop with tons of clocks, and top floor apartment with sofa, sink, and kittens can be constructed with the bricks provided. Parts are packaged into 20 groups for easy build. Bags "1" through "9" contains the parts for the first floor, Bags "10" through "14" holds parts for the second floor, bags "15" through 19" contains parts for the third floor apartment, and bag "20" holds parts for the roof and exterior accessories. One printed building guide and Brick Separator are included with this set.
