مرحباً بكم مجدداً في عدسات سياسية مع خبير العلاقات الدولية الدكتور عمر عبد الستار—تحليلات سياسية للأحداث التي تؤثر على المشهد الإقليمي والعالمي.    • عدسات سياسة   ─────────────────────────────────── لا تفوتوا مشاهدة فيديو الأمس:    • أ̲ح̲م̲د̲ ̲ا̲ل̲ش̲ر̲ع̲ أصبح أول رئيس سوري يز...   📰 • واشنطن ودمشق; تحالف ضد داعش وإيران • من المقرر أن تنضم سوريا إلى التحالف الدولي ضد داعش، بعد أشهر من بناء الثقة وتبادل المعلومات الاستخباراتية و"الاختبارات" وست غارات مشتركة على الأقل مع القوات الأمريكية. وتتمحور هذه العلاقة حول وزارة الداخلية السورية ومديرية المخابرات العامة، وليس وزارة الدفاع. وقد نسقت وزارة الداخلية السورية (بقيادة الوزير أنس خطاب) ومديرية المخابرات العامة (بقيادة حسين سلامة) بشكل وثيق مع المخابرات الأمريكية، وقيادة العمليات الخاصة الأمريكية (@USSOCOM)، والقيادة المركزية الأمريكية (@CENTCOM)، وقوة المهام المشتركة (@CJTFOIR) منذ ربيع عام 2025، لتحقيق هدفين: هزيمة #داعش إزالة بقايا وأسلحة إيران وميليشياتها. في مايو/أيار، تلقّت وزارة الداخلية السورية معلومات استخباراتية أمريكية حول شبكة ضخمة من مخابئ الحرس الثوري الإيراني، وملاجئه، وأنفاقه، ومخابئه، ومخابئ الأسلحة المتمركزة حول قرية الهري قرب البوكمال - عبر الحدود العراقية. تلت ذلك أيام من مداهمات وزارة الداخلية السورية، حيث استولت على أطنان من الأسلحة. وكما فهمت، كان ذلك بمثابة "الاختبار" الحاسم، والذي شل، في نظر الولايات المتحدة، قدرة إيران على العودة إلى الساحة السورية من العراق. بدأ تبادل المعلومات الاستخباراتية والغارات المشتركة ضد داعش بعد أسابيع، بعضها أسفر عن مقتل كبار قادة داعش الذين ما زالوا على قيد الحياة في سوريا. على مدار الأشهر الستة الماضية، كان كبار قادة العمليات الخاصة الأمريكية (USSOCOM) والقيادة المركزية الأمريكية (CENTCOM) وقوة المهام المشتركة (CJTFOIR) يتنقلون من وإلى دمشق، دون الإبلاغ عنهم في معظم الأحيان، لبناء التواصل المؤسسي والثقة، بدءًا من الرئاسة فصاعدًا. ومن هنا جاءت مباريات كرة السلة، والزيارات مع الزوجات، وغيرها. تُقدم الحكومة السورية مساعدة استباقية في البحث عن مجمع أمريكي لاستخدامه للتنسيق الأمني، مع إمكانية الوصول إلى مطار (قاعدة المزة الجوية). سيسمح ذلك بوجودٍ أكثر مؤسساتيةً واستدامةً لاستيعاب عضوٍ جديدٍ في التحالف الدولي ضد داعش. من الواضح أن الأجهزة العسكرية والاستخباراتية الأمريكية ركزت على ضرورة ترسيخ واستقرار المرحلة الانتقالية في سوريا، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن مواجهة داعش وإيران بفعالية ستعتمد بشكلٍ كبير على هذه الحكومة المُشكّلة حديثًا في دمشق. 📰 • Washington and Damascus: An Alliance Against ISIS and Iran • Syria is expected to join the international coalition against ISIS after months of confidence-building, intelligence sharing, and a series of “tests”, including at least six joint raids with U.S. forces. This emerging partnership revolves around Syria’s Ministry of Interior and the General Intelligence Directorate rather than the Ministry of Defense. The Ministry of Interior (headed by Minister Anas Khattab) and the General Intelligence Directorate (led by Hussein Salameh) have been working closely with U.S. intelligence, U.S. Special Operations Command (@USSOCOM), U.S. Central Command (@CENTCOM), and the Combined Joint Task Force (@CJTFOIR) since the spring of 2025 to achieve two main objectives: Defeating ISIS Dismantling Iran’s remaining networks and weapon stockpiles along with those of its militias In May, the Syrian Ministry of Interior received U.S. intelligence on an extensive network of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) caches, shelters, tunnels, and weapons depots concentrated around the village of Al-Hari near Al-Bukamal, along the Iraqi border. Days of Syrian Interior Ministry raids followed, resulting in the seizure of tons of weaponry. This was reportedly seen as the decisive “test” one that, in Washington’s view, crippled Iran’s capacity to reassert itself in Syria from the Iraqi side. Weeks later, intelligence sharing and joint raids against ISIS began, some of which eliminated senior ISIS leaders still active in Syria. Over the past six months, senior U.S. special operations, CENTCOM, and CJTFOIR officials have been traveling to and from Damascus, mostly unreported, to build institutional channels and trust, starting from the presidential level downward. This has given rise to basketball games, social visits with spouses, and similar gestures. The Syrian government has also been proactively assisting in identifying a U.S. compound to be used for security coordination, with potential access to the Mazzeh Air Base. Such arrangements would enable a more institutionalized and sustainable presence, integrating a new member into the international coalition against ISIS.
