This was the first proper session at Mallory Park on 14th March 2024 with Ethan driving the Clio 200. The new brake set up had just been bedded in during some laps before starting this session. The car suffered with clutch drag on this session. The car was difficult to move up to or down from third and fourth gear. This meant that most of the track was driven in fourth gear and no real effort was made to change up to fifth gear. #renaultsport #trackday #clio200 #clio197 #cliors #cliocup #mallorypark Car specs: Engine NA F4R 2.0 litre engine remapped by Engine Dynamics to 206 bhp Inlet and upper manifold gas flowed and polished by MS Custom Engineering V6 Airbox Standard Renault exhaust manifold Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system Gearbox Stock Renault 6 speed TL4031 Gripper LSD Clutch damper delete Chassis Cup Racer front end with EE brackets, bump steer kit etc., etc. Gaz Gold coilovers - front 80nm rear 100nm Solid subframe bushes Front wishbones fitted with spherical bearings PMS strengthened rear beam with solid bushes Track - Dunlop DZ03G Direzza 215/45/R17 tyres on Speedline wheels Road/wet - Michelin Pilot Sport 4 215/45/R17 tyres on Speedline wheels Brakes Megane 3 Brembo front callipers Stock TRW rear Callipers 330mm Godspeed G hook front bells and rotors Godspeed G hook rears discs Ferodo DS 1.11 front pads Ferodo DS 1.11 rear pads HEL braided brake lines Motol RBF 600 brake fluid Interior Corbeau Pro-Series X seats JP Cages half cage TRS 5 point harnesses ZPO shifter Sablet Renault Sport steering wheel with Volantech button panel CANchecked MFD32 display RS Monitor Odyssey PC680 battery relocated to rear footwell
