This is a layered banana dessert contain: custard, crushed biscuits, whipping cream and banana. This dessert is so easy and delicious. I'm sure if you try it once, you will be addicted to it Ingredients: Custard powder: 4 tbsp Milk: 1 & ½ cup Sugar: ⅓ cup Salt: 1 pinch 2 ripe banana 12 Digestive biscuit Whipping cream as required Method: 1. Mix custard powder and ¼cup of milk and set aside. 2. put a saucepan on the medium flame then add remain milk, sugar and salt and keep Stirring, when it start to boil add custard mixture and cook until thickness. 3. Keep it in room temperature and let it cool 4. Slice the bananas and crush the biscuits. 5. Beat cream until soft peak 6.
