Upon arrival in Cairo, the energy of the city hits instantly—Cairo by night is something out of a movie. The city comes alive with its vibrant street life, chaotic traffic, glowing minarets, and warm, welcoming locals. I take you on a brief night tour to show you the real Cairo after dark—beyond the postcards and pyramids. The next day, we dive straight into the heart of ancient history with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, including the Pyramid of Khufu. I take you up close and personal with these incredible wonders of the ancient world. And yes—we went on a camel ride around the pyramids, which was both thrilling and a little chaotic (you’ll see why)!😊 We then had a unique dining experience near the pyramids—Khufu’s Dining Experience, a modern restaurant inspired by ancient royalty. With views of the pyramids as the backdrop, this was one of the most scenic and unforgettable meals I’ve ever had. The food, the ambiance, and the cultural fusion were truly unmatched.😍 Later, we unwind in the peaceful and upscale surroundings of Villa Caracas, a beautiful spot in Cairo that blends modern luxury with local Egyptian flavor. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape within the city, this place is a must-visit. And yes—you read that right. We couldn’t resist trying McDonald’s in Egypt! You’ll be surprised at how different (and surprisingly good) the menu is compared to what we’re used to back home.
