EP17 Nagpur to Hyderabad Road Trip | Final Day of Our 18-Day Family Adventure!

In today’s video, we’re sharing our final journey home from our 18-day road trip, traveling from Nagpur to Hyderabad. This journey marked the last leg of our Hyderabad to Uttarakhand adventure, and it was a beautiful drive filled with scenic stops, great food, and memorable moments along NH44. Start of Our Day in Nagpur Our day started with a delicious breakfast at Le Meridien Nagpur. After a long road trip, a good breakfast was exactly what we needed to fuel us up for the day ahead. Le Meridien offered a variety of options, and we enjoyed every bite before hitting the road. Setting Off Towards Hyderabad Once we finished breakfast, it was time to begin our journey back home. Our route was the well-maintained NH44, a road we had become quite familiar with during our trip. Before fully leaving the city, we stopped to fill up on diesel near Nagpur, as fuel prices were lower in Maharashtra compared to Telangana. For anyone planning this trip, this is a great tip to save a bit on fuel costs. A Detour to Kuntala Waterfall One of the highlights of our trip back was a short detour to visit Kuntala Waterfall. Located just off NH44, this waterfall is truly a hidden gem. The view was absolutely worth the short trip. It was refreshing to spend some time in nature, and the soothing sound of the waterfall gave us a little more energy for the journey ahead. We captured some beautiful shots here, which we hope you’ll enjoy in the video. Lunch with a Local Touch After exploring Kuntala Waterfall, we were hungry and eager to try some local flavors. We found a spot nearby serving a traditional lunch of country chicken curry with rice. The meal was simple but delicious, and it gave us a real taste of local cuisine that we’d missed during our travels. This stop was a nice break in our drive and allowed us to experience the warmth of local hospitality. Getting Back on NH44 With full stomachs and plenty of great memories, we got back on NH44 to continue our journey toward Hyderabad. The road conditions on this highway are mostly smooth, which made for an enjoyable drive. If you’re driving this route, NH44 is one of the best highways with plenty of food stops and fuel stations along the way. Evening Stop at Shere Punjab By the time we neared Hyderabad, it was around 7 PM, and we were ready for our next break at Shere Punjab, one of our favorite places to stop near Hyderabad. This restaurant is known for its delicious Punjabi food, and it’s a regular spot for us whenever we travel this route. We ordered our favorite dishes here – a simple yet comforting meal of Punjabi dal and roti. It’s always special to end a long journey with some good food, and this stop made our return feel complete. The Final Stretch to Hyderabad After our dinner at Shere Punjab, we were just 75 km away from home. The last stretch took us around 1.5 hours, and as we got closer to Hyderabad, we felt a mix of excitement and contentment from the trip. Arriving home felt like the perfect way to end our long adventure from Hyderabad to Uttarakhand and back. It was a journey filled with amazing sights, great food, and quality family time that we’ll always cherish. Conclusion This Nagpur to Hyderabad road trip was a wonderful end to our family adventure.
