This secret scene plays, when most of the secrets regarding Hector Munday and Manny Sherman were found and with the whole crew alive in your Theatrical Cut Playthrough. The wiki also states that Mark must win the fight against Du'Met in this chapter, however Mark always fails to do this in Theatrical Cut, when playing alone. However the scene plays regardless. You can only view this scene in Theatrical Cut or Shared Story, since one of the necessary evidence parts can only be found by Erin in Silver Ash(this chapter is not playable in Curator's Cut) Everyone has to survive until the chapter "Reunion". Kate will stop at the stairs if every condition is met and confront Du'Met together with the crew. I only figured out about this, when I came across the Wiki Page for the Reunion Chapter, where exactly this bonus scene was described. I restarted my Theatrical Cut Playthrough from Scouting to this point, making sure I checked every available secret I could find.
