Over our 10 years of friendship with Ines Papert, we've shared many meals together. But this one is special. Introducing a new dish from our Ambassadors’ Menu—Porcini Risotto. In keeping with culinary tradition, we gave it our full attention to achieve the complex texture that defines this delicious and most elegant rice dish in the world. A creamy coating envelops perfectly al dente rice kernels. What comes to the fore, however, are juicy chunks of boletus – the king of mushrooms – nestled between these two worlds.
