Seriously reconsider the music played at the bar, that pianist was destroying the ambiance, the masses of marble turns the whole interior in to a hugh echo chamber, another reason you need subtle calm music here. 2.Consider removing the table nearest the breakfast buffet (Highlighted in my video) Even the one next to it too, it's a choke point, that way you can reposition the buffet, so you have more room on the other side and guests wont be bumping into each other. 3.
