Benny König is the charismatic voice of the Austrian-German pop duo King & Potter. Together with guitarist Martin Hafner (aka Martin Potter), he founded the band in 2018 after touring Europe as street musicians. Their debut album Dreams? featured hits like "Blinded by Love" and "Gypsy Heart," which quickly climbed the Austrian charts. With their second album Habits! (2023), they solidified their place in the pop scene – the song "Berlin" has been streamed over 3 million times. Benny König hails from Pixendorf near Tulln and was formerly a member of the Vienna Boys' Choir. His music is characterized by honest lyrics, emotional depth, and catchy melodies. As a singer and songwriter, he represents heartfelt, handcrafted pop music.
