It’s a calming, sometimes tingling sensation people may experience in response to gentle stimuli, like soft sounds, whispering, or repetitive actions. Whether or not you experience ASMR in any specific way, these types of videos provide an opportunity to unwind, relieve stress, and experience a calming presence. Some people also enjoy them for tinnitus relief. I create no talking and soft spoken ASMR art videos with the goal of enjoyable sound quality and an unintentional ASMR feel. I want these ASMR videos to offer a comfortable, relaxing, and soothing experience, with a genuine, natural style. In my earlier recordings, I mostly set up the camera and audio recording gear, forget about them, and get into the drawing and painting. Now I sometimes speak a little, sharing my thought process along the way. Check the playlist section if you prefer one style over the other. Each video I make has subtle variations that happen as a natural part of this process.
