In this Jiu Jitsu Techniques Video, Adam Wheeler demonstrates the Pinch Headlock Hip Throw. This is a technique off of his new instructional series "Upper Body Takedowns." Notice that Adam is extremely deep with his hip placement. He has his leg in between his opponents leg to assure him the leverage necessary to throw his opponent.
