Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has announced a 24% jump in its consolidated profit for the quarter ending September 30, reaching ₹163.49 crore, driven by strong operational revenue growth. The company has also appointed K.J. Raj as an independent director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Meanwhile, Adani Green Energy reported record-breaking performance for H1 FY26, with energy sales rising 39% year-on-year and total renewable capacity expanding to 16.7 GW.
