From July 2025 to February 2026, I made the decision to truly focus on my health-one small, intentional change at a time. In this video, I'm sharing my real weight-loss journey, including before and after photos, what actually worked for me, and how I lost 41 pounds while still living my life. This wasn't about perfection or extremes. It was about progress, consistency, and learning to take better care of myself- mentally and physically. I still have goals ahead (about 24 more pounds), but I'm proud of how far I've come and excited about what's next. In this video, I share: 1. How I started my weight-loss journey 2.
