Today we’re testing the most satisfying Mario experiments to see if they work. Starting with defeating a stack of goombas with the lucky bell. Oh yeah and I’m going to be ranking all of these so we can determine what the most satisfying thing is by the end of this video. Welcome to a compilation of the most oddly satisfying experiments and moments across the entire Super Mario franchise. From the classic physics of the Nintendo 64 era to the creative freedom of Super Mario Maker, we are exploring the specific mechanics that just feel right. Whether it is perfect fluid movement or massive destruction, this video covers a wide variety of gameplay that is sure to scratch that itch in your brain. We dive into multiple titles including Super Mario Odyssey, 3D World, Galaxy, and New Super Mario Bros Wii to find the best clips. There is something uniquely relaxing about the audio and visual feedback in these games. You will see us collecting massive amounts of Star Bits in Super Mario Galaxy and dumping a huge stack of Moons in Super Mario Odyssey. We also go back to the DS era to clear absolutely everything on screen with the Mega Mushroom and destroy immense stacks of cans and boxes in more modern titles. We also take a look at the Big Goomba stack powerup in 3D World and the satisfaction of pulling tentacles in Super Mario Sunshine. It is all about that specific crunch and chaos that feels perfect to watch. We also test out some specific movement glitches and physics interactions that make these games so fun to play. Watch as we perform the speed ice glitch in 3D World and pull off perfect penguin slides and ice breaks in New Super Mario Bros Wii. We even revisit Super Mario 64 to slide back on platforms. Watching Toad run at full speed with a coin box or climbing through sand in 3D World shows just how polished these animations can be. Even simple things like collecting 1-Ups or watching a caterpillar wiggler move in Odyssey are included for their hypnotic quality. The video features several custom levels in Super Mario Maker that are designed purely for satisfaction, and you can try them yourself using these codes. If you want to try the surfing level shown in the video, the code is 8SX-3L1-7QG. We also played a satisfying snake block level found at TN4-HL9-9YF and a level focused on keys at NW6-1XS-HLG. For those who enjoy falling mechanics, check out CGN-4PX-RNG, or watch blocks break in perfect lines with the code 8KY-4D7-HQF.
