Constance Fairleight Recorded Coaching Session RRI

This is a recorded coaching session I am presenting for the purposes of applying for a coaching position with RRI. I received the request for this recording while I was crewing at UPW Sydney 2013. So I used my resources and asked for a volunteer to do this recording with me. This was recorded on the last day of UPW Sydney 2013 so the sound quality may not be optimal. I will admit, crewing takes alot of energy and my energy could have been better at the beginning of the recording, but I changed my physiology, altered my state, and the client did receive the outcome that she desired for the session in the end.
