Titan 9000 2-post Hoist – Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit 9/7/2024 I bought and installed this hoist with my brother Rick in 2007 or 2008. I needed to replace one of cylinder seals, so I ordered a seal kit from Titan. I spoke to one of the guys in the parts department – really nice and helpful! The kit comes with all the seals for one cylinder. The main seal p/n is 63x48x10. There is no p/n on the cap seal. It’s about 46.3x38.4x5. The O-ring is roughly 30x24x3.5 It wasn’t very hard to pull the rod/piston out, but replacing the main seal was crazy! I decided to leave the cylinder in the hoist. I figured it would be easier than wrestling the whole thing on a bench. And I would do it the same way next time. I’m not a hydraulics expert, but I don’t understand why the piston was designed as one piece. It could have easy been designed as a two-piece piston and the cost shouldn’t be than much higher. The risk to damaging the seal would be very low. I couldn’t find a model number on my hoist. I did find a picture of what could be the correct model at the Titan Parts website. The model number appears to be HD2P-9000AC. I apparently have a Gen1 hoist. I did find the tag with my serial number: 188230 The other parts for my hoist appear to be limited or unavailable. The seal kit was $90/pc plus tax and shipping. https://titanliftsparts.com/ Titan Parts 1-888-908-4826 https://titanlifts.com/ For new lifts and products
