As of now, ALS is fatal, and there are little to no treatments that slow down the progression. However, there are new investigational therapies that are showing promise. The current processes do not allow people suffering from this disease access to these potential treatments. Because of this, we need to demand policy and regulation change to give pALS the chance to fight. Granting pALS access to these treatments would also offer data to learn more about this disease. Our goal is to work with regulators, like the FDA, and policy makers to improve ALS research and access to current potential treatments. Will you join us?
