I thought that is what I wanted. After purchasing 2 pop-up truck campers, I realized they were too heavy, bulky, and I hated having to load/un-load them. So, I scoured the internet for an overlanding truck camper setup. I wasn't super interested in the wedge style campers because of the canvas materials and setup/tear down time. I also didn't like how exposed to the elements you were with those setup. I considered a topper, but I had owned one before and I didn't like the lack of head room and space. I somehow managed to stumble across the Moonlander. In my opinion (and probably all Moonlander owner's opinions) this is by far the best overlanding setup out there! What is the Moonlander? The Moonlander is a cross between a truck shell and a truck camper. It is higher and wider than your traditional truck topper but smaller than your traditional truck camper. Really, it is the best of both worlds.
