Learn how to set goals in real estate using the Keller Williams 1-3-5 framework. This model is also known as the Keller Williams GPS system. In this real estate agent training video you will set your goal based on your target income then build 3 priorities for your goal and 5 strategies for each priority. First, we analyze the nature of goals to ensure we are focusing on systems. Learn the notion of hockey stick growth and how it relates to real estate sales. Next, we unpack how to find the proper goal for your real estate business. Your goal must be quantifiable and ideally steams from your gross commission income (GCI) or your net income. From there we discuss the 3 priorities and connect these to your streams of business. Finally, we look at an example of 5 strategies an agent may choose when focusing on SOI (sphere of influence) business. This system will allow you to stay disciplined and accountable to your plan throughout the year.
