Minecraft Ancient Persia: City Build Tour

Minecraft Achaemenid Persian City Tour | Inspired by Persepolis & Pasargadae Today we have a tour of a city I have been working on recently based on the Achaemenid period of Persia. This city is based mainly on the incredible remains and archaeological art of Pasargadae and Persepolis, with houses inspired by various adobe and mud brick houses from the region. The city features a palace complex, various neighbourhoods and gardens, a bazaar, a ziggurat, various tombs, a library and pavilion and a wide range of statues and monuments based on buildings and remains of Achaemenid Persia. Lots of the builds shown in today's video are planned to be elaborated upon in tutorials in the near future! (alike to my other builds) I hope that the buildings shown today help to inspire you with your own Minecraft desert builds. Key features of the city include: A grand palace complex inspired by Persepolis Residential neighbourhoods and garden courtyards A bustling bazaar and market district A towering ziggurat Various tombs, a library, a pavilion, and monumental statues and columns Authentic touches drawn from Achaemenid Persian art and archaeology Many of the structures featured today have tutorials planned for the future, so keep an eye out if you'd like to build your own ancient Persian-inspired city in Minecraft!
