Gym protocols to Bay Club Rolling Hills! Procedures implemented to you to ensure your safety and health. Plus, let's take a tour to show you the "new normal" and get familiar with the club! Here are step-by-step instructions on how to make reservations through Bay Club's website and your phone app, BayClubConnect! Instead of giving you a walkthrough using the phones app, BayClubConnect, we are going to use the Bay Club's home website. They are essentially similar and everything you see now, you can apply it on the app. The website is bayclubs.com. It will direct you to their home page. We are going to click on the "members" tab and scroll down to "connect log in." Click it. This is where we will need an account to log into Bay Club Connect. If we do not have an account, you can call your club's phone number and an employee will assist you in providing you the information to sign up. If you are already signed up, log in and we will be directed to the homepage. It is very simple to make a reservation. On the top, you will see “schedule a visit.” Click on it. It will display all bay clubs. Click on your club and click continue on the bottom. It will display two options, strength and cardio. If you’d like to reserve a treadmill, stair master, or any cardio equipment, you will click on cardio. If you are looking to use machines, the gym floor, click on strength. Also, if you are trying to reserve a personal training session with your trainer, click on strength. This is how you will be able to reserve Studio 3, also known as the blue room if you do not feel safe on the gym floor. If it is booked, speak with your trainer and they will assist you. After clicking either strength or cardio, you will be displayed a calendar. Click on the day you would like to reserve a training session, or strength and cardio equipment. Let’s head over to June 15th, our official opening day. Click on the lighter shaded blue to reserve a time. Time will appear, you can drag the time to increase or decrease the duration of your reservation, 1h 30min limit. Confirm your reservation at the bottom and in the bookings tab, you will see your reservation. If you made a mistake or no longer can make your reservation, cancel your reservation. The cancel tab is to your right. It will ask if you’re sure you want to cancel your reservation. If yes, click cancel this reservation, and it will tell you that you have canceled this booking!
