A milky recipe for #ChickenDrumette that will surely solve a starving stomach. #SteamedWhiteRice all you can with this simple dish. #MilkyChickenDrumette #ChickenWithMilk #ChickenWings #QuarantineComfortFood #LockdownFood #LockdownMunchies Here's how: 4 tbsp oil 1 med. onion, chopped 8 pcs. chicken drumette / mixed chicken parts 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional) 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional) 2 med. potato, chunked 3 tsp plain yogurt 100 ml milk 50 ml water some purple basil / green some green onions, chopped In a pot with oil, sauté onions. Add chicken & season with salt pepper garlic paprika chili & turmeric (optional). Let it cook for a while. Add potatoes & let it cook on low flame. Add turmeric (optional). Add yogurt, milk, water. Continue to cook on very low flame till sauce thickens. Add salt if needed. Add some basil before turning flame off. Finally the green onions.
