Cyser is mead made with apples and honey. We did a Super Simple Cyser once before and it was pretty good, I must say, but... there was room to improve. It's 2021 and in the spirit of always evolving and striving to improve, we decided to give the Super Simple Cyser an update. One thing most people associate with apples is apple pie, so... that means spices, and cooked apples. That's in Part 2 of the Cyser video series, but, we intend to add that to our cyser.
