A Story of Loss

It's my aim to represent women's stories, and in particular, the realities of motherhood and family, as authentically as possible with this show. Loss is one of those realities for so many. This is just one story of loss, it's not every story. Grief isn't linear, and it's different for every person. Anyone who has experienced a loss knows that there are good days and bad days, and the world carries on whether you're ready to or not, so you're forced to carry on with it. As we move forward with our story, our beloved characters will have to find their way through the unthinkable, which is such a human thing to have to do. Thank you for joining them on the journey. If you've lost a baby, I hope you know you're not alone. As many as 1 in 4 women experience pregnancy loss.
