Mark Peiser: From There to Here and Back Again | Behind the Glass Lecture

Since 1967 when Mark Peiser became involved with the Studio Glass Movement, he has been recognized for his unique approach and accomplishments. His investigation of the expressive implications of glass properties led to distinctive bodies of work, including the Palomar series. In this lecture, Peiser discusses his work, including his recent Specialty Glass Residency at Sullivan Park, Corning Incorporated’s global research and development center. The Specialty Glass Residency is a joint program of The Corning Museum of Glass and Corning Incorporated to support artists in exploring the use of specialty glass materials.
