Wanted to see the discontinued site of Teresa Marble Quarry, coming from Cainta rode my Mtb via Sumulong to Antipolo until reaching Teresa. The weather was kinda gloomy, but the ride was not all that smooth the usual slopes of Antipolo can really give a toll on both legs, pwede magpahinga kasi wala ka naman karera... keeping in mind the glorious down slopes will literally take back it's glory from you when you return, so prepare accordingly, never forget to hydrate yourself. Entering the vicinity of the Marble site, the entry point was closed, but the locals instructed me another way to get to the site, ABC turn right & go staight ahead on the rough road until i see a Mango Tree and a dragon fruit plantation, Ako naman si hanap 😁 finally saw it, another rough road leading to a river crossing bound for the foot of the mountain, the kids gave me a warning ⚠️, Kuya pag umulan balik na po kayo agad kasi nataas ang ilog, kahit maikli ang tawiran syempre safety first. Finally arrived at the site and syempre took pictures and video while looking at the view which was great for me, hindi kasi araw araw mapupuntahan mo sya. Finally on my way back, saw the kids again and thank them, balik daw ako bukas hahaha ang saya kung malapit lang eh bakit hindi, after the ascent to Teresa i headed straight to Antipolo Cathedral to pray and give thanks for the safe ride. Syempre ayoko na paahon ulit pabalik so i took Antipolo via Tikling going to Cainta. Cheers it's one heck of a ride. #solo #soloride #akosixave #newbie
