A lot happened this year, there were many ups and downs. I looked back at the past changes and upsets trying to figure out why I was having such a hard time. I started digging into what therapy looks like for me in Texas, trying EMDR and now parts work. Why am I feeling lonely, why do I have this new found pressure on myself? Is what I'm doing really making me happy? As we move into the holidays, I don't find myself feeling the same joy this year as I did in previous years.
