You can use snaps of any color you like. You can even buy translucent plastic snaps. First I'm going to attach a flounce to the strap, and then I'll also attach snaps. I remind you that there will be a flounce on the bottom and on the sleeves. We created this technique in my fashion house. There was nothing else for us to do. There was no suitable technique for us, but we really wanted to make nondetachable flounces. You know that I love fast and simple techniques. When making a rolled hem, you should make sure that the color of threads matches the color of fabric. It's possible to make a rolled hem with most of the overlockers. The width of the flounce will be 25cm. It is pressed in such way that one side is 2cm wider than the other. You do not necessarily have to do it. We’ll remove the elastic thread from the flounce after stitching the strap. Don’t worry. We’ll show you everything. Be very patient when stitching the reps strap. Don’t hurry. Make sure that the folds are stitched to the strap evenly. Don’t press chiffon too hard. I remind you that the flounces will be detachable.
