Should varicocele patients continue doing exercises that are causing any pain to them? A. According to Himanshu Dhawan, no one should continue doing exercises if they cause pain because pain only develops when the load on the Varicocele increases. So everyone is recommended to perform relaxing exercises like legs up wall pose on a daily basis. Q. Can a varicocele patient do Malasana? A. For relieving constipation, patients tend to perform Malasana, but it is advised not to perform this exercise as it can increase pain or discomfort in the testicular area. You can opt for other remedies such as churan and turmeric mixed milk to relieve stomach issues. Q. Can Hero Pose cause pain or discomfort? A.
