The Dynacast Management Development Program (DMDP) is designed to develop soon to be graduates like yourself into future leaders of Dynacast International. The program immerses recent college graduates into unique roles over the course of three years. The selected graduates will work in a broad range of disciplines across a wide variety of environments and countries. The goal of the program is to expose these individuals to our world class manufacturing process and teams, gaining relevant experiences that build upon one another throughout each rotation. Learning Through Global Experience We believe in learning through experience in one of our many global locations. The program includes four to six, six month rotations at uniquely different Dynacast locations in the world over a three year period. Each role is distinct, but they all inherently have a large degree of cross-functionality. Disciplines Include: Engineering Design Engineer Tooling Engineer Process Engineer Program Management Operations & Production Production Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering Quality Engineering Customer Service Sales Engineering Potential Locations Include: Austria China USA Germany Mexico Singapore Spain Italy UK Canada After completing each rotation, the graduates will be required to perform a one to two-month Special Best Practice Project (SBPP) working for Global Operations and will travel between facilities in Europe, Asia and the Americas. After completion of the SBPP, and prior to completion of the DMDP, graduates will be required to complete a final six-month Special Systems or Technology Transfer Project, which will span all regions of the company. Growth and Development The Dynacast Management Development Program accelerates the participating graduates’ professional and leadership development through intense training, mentorship and additional educational courses. Participants will be able to network extensively throughout the company and continue their development through business education programs, while receiving mentorship from Dynacast’s Senior Management, including the CEO who started in a program similar to DMDP. DMDP participants are self-motivated with proven track records of teamwork, leadership, ambition and commitment to establishing and achieving goals. DMDP participants must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and respond to challenging rotation assignments across all facets of the Dynacast business all over the world. Requirements A recent college graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Emphasis on Mechanical, Material or Industrial Engineering with a minimum 3.5 GPA Relevant engineering related research or work experience Demonstrated leadership ability Excellent oral and written communication skills; multiple languages a plus Must be flexible - willingness to relocate globally at least three times within a 48 month period Dynacast.
