This clip demonstrates the procedure of how to exchange the air filter in the upgraded pressure regulator unit (standard with Visatron VN2020) and how to re-adjust the air pressure. Air Filter (P/N 366717) in Pressure Regulator unit replacement procedure: 1. Close the air supply. 2. Remove the filter cage as shown. 3. Unscrew the lock screw below the filter. 4. Remove the used air filter and replace with a new one. 5. Fix back the lock screw below the filter as shown. 6. Fix back the filter cage (ensure the blue slider to click in position) Adjust the Pressure: 7. Connect air pipe adapter and pressure gauge (P/N 151800) to control/inspection cover. 8. Lift the adjustment wheel. 9. Turn the knob to set the pressure to approx. 60 mmWC (see manual p. 30/50) 10. Press down the knob to fix it in position 11. Confirm that the OMD shows the “Ready”-Mode 12. Replace the filter every 4000hrs/6 months. Pressure adjustment every 2000 hours.
