An invitation to deepen your musical life through the art of songportrait, an intuitive songmaking relational method. links: Into the River of Song book Into the River of Song One-Year Training Into the River of Song Seminar- June Into the River of Song Seminar- December Program Contents Into the River of Song is for those who feel called to deepen their path of service through music. A one-year training is now available, which includes songwriting, song-portrait artistry, songleading, guitar artistry and/or guiding others in their own intuitive songmaking. By committing to a full year of development with me, you will receive ongoing support, creative accountability, and steady encouragement for your next steps as an artist and/or program facilitator.  The program weaves together online individual and group sessions throughout the year. In addition to the online course, participation in residential gatherings is recommended as a way of furthering connection, fellowship and practice. We will be supported by my wife, Doris Laesser Stillwater, Dipl.Psych., in both these residential gatherings.   In 2026, these residential gatherings will take place at Beuron Monastery in southern Germany in June, and Michaeliskloster in Hildesheim, northern Germany in December.
