I talk about those issues, what was fixed, and what was, in a way, not fixed because it couldn't be fixed. (Hint hint it had to do with the frets. Watch the video!) That said, I find their customer service to be on the ball and I don't think the issues I had with this guitar will happen again. I know that's a bold claim so I hope I'm right! But this is the internet so I know you'll let me know if I'm wrong. :) These guitars come to you set up with the action set to 1.75mm at the 12th fret, neck relief set, and the guitar intonated.
