Hello friends Welcome to another video! GETTING OUT OF A SLUMP working a 9-5 job || building routine, healthy habits & productive mornings In today's video I bring you along for a 9-5 work day in my life while trying to get out of a slump or depressive episode! I was THE PERSON who gave up on routine and healthy habits after doing a new year reset, and even though a mid-year reset is right around the corner, I figure let's use May for getting back into routine and getting my sh*t together! In this video we spend a peaceful morning routine doing my healthy habits as part of The Inner Reset Challenge. We drink my morning lemon water with chia seeds and apple cider vinegar while journaling and getting some morning sunlight before doing my skincare and taking the dogs for a walk! We manage to get a short workout in at the gym before heading to my 9-5 job! Once the day is over, I got home at about 7pm to begin my typical post work evening routine which is showering and playing with the dogs or walking the dogs. I then spend 30 minutes cleaning the kitchen and other areas of my home before settling in to eat dinner while doing some productive life admin, youtube editing or wedding planning for the evening!
