Onscreen feedback will help you to perfect your technique to train the correct muscles and improve your Squeeze Scale score. This video will show you what’s included with your new Kegel8 and how to get started with your new exercise routine. In the box you will find: o Your Kegel8 Trainer unit o Three AAA batteries o A probe o A storage case for the probe o A Kegel8 storage bag o Your user guide To begin, slide open the back of your Kegel8 and insert the three batteries. Replace the cover. The Kegel8 Trainer comes with a protective film over its front so that it reaches you in perfect condition. Peel this off so that you can see the LCD screen clearly Connect the probe into the top of the Kegel8 unit The power button is located on the left hand side – press and hold until you hear a beep and the display switches on It will start in ‘Test’ mode; use this to test your pelvic floor muscles and receive your Squeeze Scale score. The onscreen probe indicator will tell you when the probe is fully inflated and ready to use. The display will tell you when to flex your muscles and when to relax. The pressure level at the top will show you how hard you are squeezing. When the test is completed, you will see your Squeeze Scale score onscreen. You can select a different mode by pressing the ‘Mode’ button on the right. Press it once to choose ‘Train’ mode; this lets you exercise your muscles as much as you like while giving you onscreen feedback on how hard you are squeezing. We recommend exercising for 10-12 minutes per session. When you have finished, press the power button to turn the unit off. The probe will deflate slightly for easy removal.
