Miley Cyrus celebrated World Wish Day by taking time off from her tour rehearsal to be with 14 kids who wished to meet her. It happened at the studio in Los Angeles where rehearsals for her Gypsy Heart concert tour were taking place. The wish kids' experience included a makeover, a chance to visit with Cyrus, and an exclusive performance by the platinum-selling artist during a dress rehearsal for the tour.
