A realistically simulated automatic gearbox: ZF EcoLife Sorry for terrible frame rate 🙏 i've set the recorder app its maximum performance but this is the best my android phone can do INFORMATION As per May 2022 (version 5.22) update, my ZF EcoLife gearbox script for proton bus simulator has been updated with the following changes and improvements: 1. Even smoother operation without penalty in efficiency and performance. It's now very smooth that you (driver) don't feel the gear changes at all. Like in real life. In effort to give most authentic bus driving experience for my fellow pbs drivers. 2. readjusted powerband control by slightly increasing gear_down rpm. This also allows the gearbox to downshift at higher rpm than original set spot when necessary. For example when driving through hilly road, the gearbox will downshift at ~1100 rpm. When on flat city streets the gearbox will downshift at ~900 rpm. While keeping the downshifting operation as smooth as possible. 3. Readjusted brake power to be matched for each accelerator options (pedals and sliders) NOTE(S) This script works with any bus. But please be aware that this script is based on Mercedes-Benz Citaro NGT. So it comes with Mercedes-Benz Citaro NGT packages equipments such as ZF AVN 133 rear drive axle (with 6.20 gear ratio) and Mercedes-Benz M 936 G engine.
